Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@grantedglow.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, returns are not permitted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All Granted Glow Co. products are made-to-order, meaning your glow essentials are freshly crafted once your order is received. We take pride in using the finest, freshest ingredients to ensure the highest quality in every jar and bottle.
Please allow 5–7 business days for product creation, in addition to standard shipping time.
Before placing your order, please verify your shipping address. Orders returned due to invalid addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs.
Granted Glow Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, all shipments are insured, and customers may file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify addresses or order details.
By purchasing and using products from Granted Glow Co., you acknowledge that all ingredients are clearly listed and that it is your responsibility to review them prior to use.
Although our products are crafted with natural and high-quality ingredients, individual skin sensitivities or allergies may occur. We recommend performing a patch test before full application.
Granted Glow Co. is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
